While the news may have broken far earlier than we initially intended, we know in the property development world there are often whispers of future plans.
We are transparent about our aspirations and can confirm that we are in the very early stages of conversations around development of a site in Southside, with the ambition of delivering a new apartment scheme.
While our work to date has focused on the Jewellery Quarter, we’re a team whose hearts belong to Birmingham as a whole. We believe in the city’s vision to be a truly international, cosmopolitan destination and want to support that when and wherever we can.

The site on Thorp Street in Southside represent a really exciting opportunity to deliver something truly special in one of Birmingham’s most distinctive areas.

There’s still a long way to go before we’ll have anything further to share on this, but we believe that sites such as this are fundamental in realising Birmingham’s ongoing regeneration and helping to support the city’s amazing communities.
