Transforming Birmingham: Cordia UK’s Impact at UKREiiF

The Cordia UK team attended and participated in the prestigious UKREiiF event held in Leeds, UK, last week.
More than 6000 experts from the real estate, property, and infrastructure industries attended the event, united in their goal of acknowledging innovation, inspirational leadership, and exceptional collaborations in these fields.
The event featured the unveiling of the Birmingham 2040 “Our Future City” plan, which demonstrates the inspirational, energetic, and innovative thinking Birmingham City Council is aspiring to for our city.
The Future City Plan unveiled a focus in and around the Jewellery Quarter with defined areas of growth, action zones and urban regeneration which aligns with Cordia UK’s current committed projects and future aspirations for development. Additionally, the recognition of Great Hampton Street within the report, a location boasting several Cordia UK developments, highlighted to positive work done to date by Cordia and the true value of the area of the city we are committed to.
